  We research items for fair market pricing, including antiques, collectibles, tools, household items, and more.
  Specialty items like fine jewelry, vintage goods, and rare collectibles are appraised or verified as needed to ensure accurate pricing.


Advertising & Promotion


  We create a professional listing with high-quality photos, detailed descriptions, and marketing designed to attract serious buyers.
  We post your sale on EstateSales.net, Facebook, Instagram, and to our growing list of loyal local buyers.
We use directional signs, branded setups, and on-site staff to create a smooth shopping experience.


Estate Sale Days


  Our friendly, experienced team manages everything—sales, security, and crowd flow.
  All items are tagged and priced, and we handle all customer questions and negotiations.
  We create a respectful, welcoming environment for buyers while protecting your home and belongings.

 

After the Sale – Donation, Removal & Clean-out Options


  Once the sale is over, we offer three flexible options:
  Donation + Receipt: We can arrange for donations and provide a tax-deductible receipt.

 Junk Removal: For items that can’t be sold or donated, we offer affordable, professional removal services.
You choose what works best for you. Our goal is to leave the space clean, empty, and ready for the next step.


Final Settlement


  After the sale and clean-out, we provide:
  A clear sales summary
  Your proceeds payout
  A receipt for any additional services, such as junk removal or donations
  You’ll receive your payment within 7 business days depending on the services chosen.
