A Closer look at Lion Heart

Hello friends,

I wanted to share a bit of my story and how Lion Heart Estate Sales came to be, because for us, this business is personal.

With five kids and 12 years of marriage, my wife and I know what it means to juggle responsibility, stay resilient, and show up for people when it matters most. Those same values shape every estate sale we run.

My journey into buying and selling started when I was young, working side by side with my dad. After losing both of my parents, I saw firsthand how overwhelming it can be to sort through a lifetime of belongings. That experience opened my eyes to how deeply families need support, clarity, and compassion during major transitions. With that understanding, I founded Lion Heart Estate Sales in 2021 to serve families with honesty and heart.

Growing up in Oregon and later driving trucks across both Oregon and Washington gave me a true understanding of our communities, landscapes, and the unique needs of people in the Pacific Northwest. That local knowledge plays a big role in how we plan, market, and execute each estate sale.

Before launching Lion Heart, I spent valuable time working with another established estate sale company. That experience taught me the importance of professionalism, efficiency, and treating every home with respect. Today, that same philosophy guides everything we do at Lion Heart.

I also bring over 15 years of hands-on experience in buying, selling, negotiating, and understanding market values. Pricing isn’t guesswork it’s a skill built through thousands of transactions and years of studying what buyers want and what items are truly worth. That background allows us to price confidently, attract serious buyers, and consistently deliver higher returns for the families we serve.

Over the years, I’ve built strong connections throughout our community from churches to local organizations that help us create powerful marketing reach for every estate we manage. Since 2021, we’ve grown one family at a time, earning dozens of five-star reviews by treating each home as if it were our own.
