I wanted to take a moment to share a little about who we are and how Lion Heart Estate Sales came to be. For us, this business has always been about more than selling belongings it’s about helping families through some of life’s biggest transitions.

My wife Sarah and I have been married for over 13 years and are raising five wonderful children here in Oregon. As a family-owned business, we understand the importance of trust, hard work, and treating people with kindness. Those values guide every estate sale, appraisal, and clear-out we take on.

My journey into buying and selling began at a young age, working alongside my dad. Years later, after losing both of my parents, I experienced firsthand how overwhelming it can be to sort through a lifetime of belongings. During that process, I realized how much families need support, guidance, and someone they can trust. That experience ultimately led me to start Lion Heart Estate Sales in 2021.

Before launching Lion Heart, I spent time learning the estate sale industry from an established company. Combined with more than 15 years of experience buying, selling, researching, and negotiating, I developed a deep understanding of market values and buyer behavior. Proper pricing isn’t guesswork it’s one of the most important factors in a successful estate sale. Our goal is always to maximize value while creating a smooth and positive experience for our clients.

Today, Lion Heart Estate Sales proudly serves families throughout Salem, Keizer, the Willamette Valley, and communities across Oregon. We specialize in estate sales, estate clear-outs, personal property appraisals, downsizing assistance, and value recovery services. Unlike traditional cleanout companies, we focus on identifying and recovering value whenever possible before disposal is considered.
